Fit it into your daily limit. I will eat pizza. I stop at one slice and log it. I would probably pack my yeti cooler with things like salad, greek yogurt, fresh veggies, along with a bag of healthy non refrigerated snacks.

Right there with you...the struggle is real. I can drink 1200-1800 calories a day or eat. I can't do both and maintain a small size.

If I am watching calories, I can go back to drinking miller lite. But still a six pack is roughly 600 calories. :(

No one says to get drunk. Last year my doctor put me on a new allergy/asthma medicine without telling me that it did not play nice with alcohol. I proceeded to drink my normal two bottles of wine and found myself deathly ill. I would not wish that on my worst enemy. I do not even want a hint of a buzz when I drink.

I do not have late night munchies. I eat on a fairly consistent schedule. Breakfast 7-8 AM, Lunch 11 AM, Snack 2 PM, Dinner 5 PM. Go to bed at 9 PM.

I went out last night with my boyfriend and had a great night! Go! I ordered a house salad with chicken, and an unsweetened tea. We then went on a 5 mile walk on a walking trail. It was a beautiful night. Cheap and healthy.

Early morning 200 Mid morning 150 Afternoon 300 Late afternoon 150 Evening 300 Before bed 100 You do not really need to eat them at a certain time, but this is kind of how I break it down. But I eat breakfast, lunch dinner, morning snack and afternoon snack.

Can't do it. I drink because I like the taste. I do not drink for a buzz. So by golly I want to drink what tastes good. I am not into pounding down cough syrup.

I am great about ordering a salad at 300-400 calories. It is the margaritas that they sit in front of me the moment I sit down at my favorite Mexican restaurant. Then they hand me a second when my glass is empty

Then I must have a habit and not an addiction. Because if I do not have my preferred drink at home, I get in the car and go buy what I want. I won't resort to drinking what I hate.

It depends what you are eating. I eat 1100-1200 calories a day and I am not hungry. But I eat lots of protein, greens and some fruits. I feel stuffed almost with a bloated feeling.

Ditto. I like to keep Hershey miniatures on hand and just pop one when I need a chocolate fix. I also like Pizzelle Italian cookies which are 23 calories a cookie.

That is a false statement. I know many alcoholics. I myself probably bordering on being so, and yes alcoholics can be picky and will just drink what they like and not everything. I won't drink straight whiskey. I know someone that only drinks vodka. She carries it in a water bottle and sips all day long. She won't drink…

I log all alcohol. I overestimate foods. So I might eat only 2 tostito chips, but I still log a 1/2 a serving. Or log a full container of greek yogurt but I never actually finish it. I just do not burn calories. I was anorexic as a teenager so my body might have gotten use to functioning on no calories back then. Hard to…

I no longer have a fit bit, but my phone says I am doing 3000-5000 steps a day.

Yeah I count a 15 minute walk at lunch as exercise. I rode my bike for 30 minutes around the court this weekend. Overall I not very active. Weeding the garden is not exercise, nor is mowing the grass on a tractor, while consuming a beer. Which is the only way I am getting through lawn work. I am not a runner. The dog is…
