Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I totally understand that this is a lofty goal, and I will be very happy with whatever comes off. Definitely don't want to set myself up for a binging situation... I guess I just need to go balls to the wall for a few weeks and hope for the best!!! Amy

What about MorningStar Farms black bean burgers? I love them with the little Arnold Sandwich thins and some Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard dressing... That with a side salad keeps me full for a while and very few calories!

It's very funny that you mention this, because I recently felt the same way! I have always tried doing some running intervals, ut found that I just couldn't do it.
