Remember to take measeurement each week / two weeks. I lose more cm than weight so thats better for me... I weigh myself once or twice a week, but I know my true loss is reflected on Friday morning, when I take my measurments.

I do 2 and 5. Two days pure protein, 5 days protein and veg. I normally do my 2 PP days on Monday and Tuesday, with the rest of the week and weekend to have protein and veg. I don't lose a lot on my 5 days PV, but I can always count on a 1 pound loss after 2 days PP.

I hate the oatbran, also thought of sawdust! I just eat high fibre bran sticks with non fat milk, only 3 tablespoons, but it fills me up for breakfast, and has the same effect as the oatbran galette.

You don't have a lot to lose, do you have to do attack for so long? Maybe you should move on to next phase and start adding veggies? It will make the diet more appealing and will help with cravings because you will be eating more.

Yes, on low carbs still log calories. I'm on Dukan, and was eating way below my 1200 per day without noticing it. Now started logging calories again to make sure I eat enough, because I plateau as soon as I go under 1200 a day.

Drink green tea, eat asparagus. Both are great diuretics, helps with water retention. Warning: You will be running to the loo a lot! Drink about 5 cups a day.

Im on Dukan diet so low carb all the way. Craved carbs for about 3 days when I started out, now not at all! Not feeling as tired as I used to when eating carbs, so I'm convinced low or no carb is the way to go.

I'm on the Dukan diet so I've been trying loads of low or no carb snacks... My best ones for sweet: Eton Mess, meringues crushed into low fat vanilla yoghurt. Or salty: Sliced up butternut into chips, add rosemary salt and bake, they go crunchy like oven baked chips, then I use cottage cheese as a dip. Its yummy!
