Hi. I know this is different from person to person, but how much weight, on average did you ladies gain during pregnancy? Carb Count HELP?!
To all Dukan dieters: I eat no starchy foods, here and there an exception, like sparkling grape juice. But my daily carbs are still quite high. What is your average carb count? Mine is set for 165. I always have left over, but I can easily use about 100 a day on my protein and veg days. HELP?!

Thoughts on Protein Shakes?
When I'm in a hurry I make a protein shake with non fat milk as a meal replacement, maybe once a day. Is it bad/good and why? I'm on really low carb diet, with almost no sugar, so the shake also helps with my sugar craving.

Dukan Diet
Hi. Has anyone had success with the Dukan Diet? Were you able to keep it up? I read the book and it is all about reconditioning your eating habbits. Its basically starting your eating habbits again from scratch, but it sounds do-able. Especially once you reach the consolidation phase. If anyone else is doing it, good luck!
