I really cant get my head around coke light only having one calorie? How can this be? Sure it has no sugar, but artificial sweetner must carry some calories?

    Just like diet drinks, the artificial stuff doesn't really have any calories, if they do it's a negligible amount.

    It's chemicals and proccessed junk, so it doesn't have any nutritional value.
