I have bad cramps (I get them in my thighs for some reason) but some exercise will help, it usually does. I get them in my thighs as well! Weird! And my lower back, kills me! It was better when I was on the pill but I've gone off now and WHAM! cramps are back with a vengeance!

I hate it... happens to me as well. For those 3-5 days I don't gym as hard as the rest of the month, I only do light cardio and yoga. Yoga really helps with the cramps. Also, a friend once said that if your body is really craving something, then it probably needs it... All in moderation though. And camomile tea... about 4…

I keep a packet of almonds and a packet of raisins in my office. One serving of almonds is about 15-20 almonds... When you snack though, dont snack out of a packet, put it out on a plate, it gives the impression that you are eating more! And also, a craving for a snack could also be replaced by a glass of water.

Everyday you binge whether its 100 or 500 calories more, it puts off you goal weight by another week! The food won't make you feel as good as your goal weight will!

I have MFP on my phone, works like a charm. I've just started Jillian's 30 day shred, and have decided not to weigh myself until the end of the month. DO remember to take your measurements, as you will lose cm faster than you lose weight. Good luck.

I drink about 10 glasses a day. Also because I sit at a desk the whole day, i have to get up to use the bathroom about once every 40 minutes... I had the same, really very low, my doctor told me that if i dont lose weight (at least 25 lb or 15kg) then i might be a diabetes risk. So i eat a lot through the day, about 6 small meals. and i know everyone says this, but it really works. Like 3 main meals, and 3 snacks, just a handfull of nuts and raisins and 1 fruit.…

Just have one or two glasses of white wine with lots of ice, so you water down the drink. I know it doesnt sound nice, but in the bigger picture, the weightloss wins hands down!

Hi. Same with me, I lose, then gain, then lose, but it never stays off! So now I'm determined, its going! Taking it 10 lb at a time though, with a goal of 4 months to lose 26. Good luck to you all

I'm currently 176, want to be 150, feels like such a long way to go, but I'm going to take it 10 at a time, seems more reachable that way.
