Finished W1D2 yesterday. It seemed a lot easier. During the runs I actually thought "this feels good." But by the time I had 10 sec left I was dying! LOL!! Someone said it's addicting. I can understand. you feel so good afterward. I will do day 3 tomorrow or saturday.

I'd like to join. I've been doing Leslie's DVD's instead of Jillian Michaels' workouts. I lost inches but no weight and got discouraged. I walked 3 miles this morning at 5 am!

Ok. I'm done with day 13. Did shred level 3--not real sure what I was supposed to do but felt like doing that one so I did. I have a pretty good case of heel spur and tendinitis but took some ibuprofen earlier and it really helped. Have fun Kim!

Just finished Day 9 Level 3 (subbed for level 2) and went on and did the chest and abs circuit on NMTZ. Preliminarily checked my inches yesterday and I was pleased.:bigsmile:

Plan to work out was derailed by a sick kid. Hopefully she'll be feeling better by tomorrow and I can get my workout in. To make up for today I plan on doing 2 workouts on Saturday. I'll join you. I've been logging and not logging and logging and not logging. Same goes for exercise. Yesterday, I did turbo jam 20 min workout. This morning I did the Firm's Ultimate Fat Burn and burned 450 calories. Logging food today as well. Yall keep me motivated now and I'll do the same for you! :o)

Honey, I'm right there with ya. My seven year old had her birthday party friday night. I overindulged on birthday cake. Then overindulged on Saturday because....oh well, I had overindulged on Friday. Just finished the Firm workout and today and I'm back to clean, healthy eating.
