  • Im obsessed with Turbo Fire. There's good music and Chalene (the instructor) is very motivational. I suggest checking your local library and try both Turbo and Zumba before spending any money.
  • 19.6% fat. When I tested using a caliper it said 26.1% so I'm loving a lower number! How often does everyone test their body fat percent?
  • I drink a glass of chocolate milk (skim milk and Hershey's Lite syrup). I've heard that is actually the best thing to drink after a workout. Also, Im too cheap to have Shakeology every day.
  • It's so nice to see other people who weigh in every day! I weighed in today at 139 and Im really trying to stay under 140. I love food but I also do Turbo Fire and love that as well so hopefully something's working!
