My calorie burns have remained close to the same for phases 2 and 3. The only one that is slightly higher is cardio 3.

My thighs are 23.5 inches (I'm 5'5'') and are pretty muscular. I think 19-20 inches is small/just right for your height. But I couldn't help but notice that you are 5'2'' and 46kg (100 lbs)? I'm on Week 11. I've lost 20 pounds, 30 inches all around (5 off my waist, hips, and bust each) and two jean sizes (a very tight size 16 to a comfortable 12). I'm not doing the meal plan-- just restricting calories. The workouts are great!

Just did workout 11 and I'm so happy that Lana got called out about using light weights! When Jillian yelled, "I said HEAVY weights! Do you need glasses?!" I cheered! Also, I love that Natalie says the Sh- word during wo 11.

Try logging it as "circuit training, general" for now. I found that it was fairly accurate for me after I got my hrm.

I use Designer Whey (Vanilla). I mix 1 scoop with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp flax seed, and 1/2 of a frozen banana. So delicious!

I completely agree! But after three times doing workout 9, I can finally do the push-up jacks! Still can't do the rock n roll squats and the boat pose to hollow man. What a nightmare those are! I'm excited to do workout 10 again tomorrow =)

I do not follow the food plan. I eat 1200-1600 calories per day. I eat about 1/2 my exercise calories back so that I net 1000-1200 (this is probably fine since Jillian's plan has you eating 1200 calories and not eating back any exercise calories). I'm at the end of week 9. I don't follow the meal plan, but I eat 1200-1600 calories per day. I've lost 19 pounds, 2 jean sizes, and 28 inches (I measure in all of the places in the booklet that comes with BR). I'm most happy with the 5 inches lost on my waist! Only 25 pounds and 2 jean sizes to go and I'll be at my goal!

I wouldn't worry about it. Some days I have a ton of energy and add an extra workout, other days I can barely make it through. It may be diet or sleep. Sometimes if I have alcohol or don't sleep well, It is difficult for me to get through my morning workout. the next day. Stick with it! Good luck!
