Staying Healthy While Traveling
I am going to Puerto Rico for work for a week (I know, tough gig). I am worried about sticking to my 1200 calorie a day limit and getting in a workout each day. Any tips? BTW- I'm new to MFP and in need of friends for support/accountability. Please add me!
