HRM calorie burn too high?

So I got a HRM today (timex zone trainer) and I did 20 minutes of kickboxing/cardio to test this thing out. Yes, it has a chest strap and I did input my weight (175lbs). My HRM says I burned 328 calories (which seemed high to me) so I went onto this site (http://www.calories-calculator.net/Calories_Burned_By_Heart_Rate.html) and I typed in my average heart rate as measured by the HRM, duration of exercise, etc. and it says I burned 180 calories. What should I go by? Is the average heart rate what I should be using to estimate calorie burn? ((and please don't tell me to get a Polar)) Thank you! :flowerforyou:

Did you also have to program in your age, height, and gender? Or just weight?0
