In either workout 5 or 6 the "I'm shakin it" girl starts to scream and grunt loudly when doing the upper cuts with the resistance band. My first thought was "here we go again." (ps- I think it's funny that none of us know her name)

I love Kelly Clarkson's "What doesn't kill you" I also turn on Eminem's "'Til I collapse" when doing burpees. It motivates me to do burpees 'til I collapse. Which is about half way through the song :)

I got bored with Cardio 1, so I replaced it once a week with Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd. I'm half-way through Phase 2, but I still love Cardio 2!

I am just about finished with week 6 (half way!!!) and have lost 14 pounds and a ton of inches (including 4 inches from my waist)! We have a MFP group for those doing the program. Good luck! It is so much fun!

All my rewards are fitness related. I got myself new running shoes for losing 10 pounds. I'll get a HRM for the next 10 lost. Heavier weights for the 10 after that. And new workout clothes once I've lost 40 pounds.

I plan out my workouts. I do strength training four days (2 days front of the body, 2 days back of the body) a week and cardio two days a week.
