I've lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks and immediately lost 2 inches from my bust. It's the first place I lose (and gain).

Mine aren't that large (38D), but I wear 2 bras when I workout: 1 regular sports bra and a tank top with a built-in shelf bra.

I've been on here for 11 days, so I'm a newbie :) For sweet cravings I have plain greek yogurt with some cinnamon. If I want it sweeter, I add a bit of truvia. So yummy!

I usually stretch twice as long as Jillian does in her DVDs. Workout again today and you will feel better :)
