MY BREAKFAST FAST FOOD OPTION, IS SUBWAY'S WHOLE WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFUN WITH EGG WHITES, ALL OF THEIR VARIETIES ARE EXCELLENT! MY FAVORITE IT THE BREAKFAST BMT, ONLY 230 CALORIES! GOOD BREAKFAST OPTIONS ALL AROUND 200 CALORIES, CAN'T BEAT IT!

According to my trainer, we should consume a gallon of water and not 8 glasses. He says a gallon of water makes the pounds fly off quicker. So keep up the good work, your scale will love you for it!

I PREFER TO WORKOUT IN THE MORNINGS. THING IS I LIVE IN MIAMI AND TEND TO DO THE 9AM BOOTCAMP, WHICH IS OUTSIDE AND VERY HOT & HUMID. DON'T MIND THE LATE AFTERNOON EITHER, IT'S A LOT COOLER, BUT MY DAY DRAGS IF I DON'T TAKE CARE OF EXERCISE IN THE AM, LOL.

TRIED SPAGETTI SQUASH FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WEEKEND, AND LOVED IT!!!!! SUPER EASY TO MAKE, JUST CUT IT IN HALF, AND I PUT IT IN A STEAMER BAG, 6 MINS LATER AND IT WAS DONE. I JUST SPRAY PAM ON A SKILLET, PUT A WHOLE WHEAT WRAP ON IT, LOAD IT UP WITH SAUCE, 2% CHEESE & VEGGIES THEN COVER IT UP WITH THE LID SO THE CHEESE MELTS. IT'S SUPER FAST, AND IT MAKES A PERFECTLY CRISP THIN CRUST. HOPE THIS HELPS!
