I love goat cheese, creamy served over chicken breast with a little butter sauce or crumbled cooked inside a split breast wrapped in bacon! Feta is nice as well.

This has been one of my biggest questions too. I put in about 7-10 hours of activity a week but I don't think it's particularly strenuous all the time. The calculator is just a guideline from what I can tell. If you get a better answer, that would be great.

I have about 125 more pounds to lose and am only down 26 so far. I didn't notice a difference until just now. I only just went down a pant size. The scale is nice to me thankfully but I don't really look any different to me. I assume it is because I have a lot to lose but that just may be me.

I have been around the MFP block a time of two myself. I am here and HIGHLY motivated and would love to have more friends to support and be supported by! I log in daily and am a frequent flyer during the week. I spend a lot of time playing on the weekends and the computer isn't a priority. Anyone want to be pals??

I would be so sad if the chit chat section went away. I hardly ever post but I lurk A LOT. It helps me pass the time at work when I sit and do nothing for 9 hours a day. I get anywhere from 8-15 glasses a day. When I started out over three years ago (first time) I hated water and wouldn't touch it. Best advice is to check with your doctor, but how much water are you drinking? I know that I am limiting the amount of sodium I consume and also drinking a lot of water which can cause that reaction. Could also be a blood pressure thing. But Still I recommend a chat with your doc.
