Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space than fat...........soooooooo you probably are gaining muscle weight!! If you feel great and are eating well. I wouldn't worry so much how much the scale says and go on how you feel and look. I will bet that even though you have gained 10 lbs your clothes fit just the same…

I freeze yougurt , and eat it at night its kinda like ice cream but much harder so it takes much longer to eat, yoplait source is only 35 cals for an individual serving

The most I have ever weighed is 279 I currently weigh 231 and my first goal is 180 from there I will see if I want to modify my goal

Well what I have found is that "diets" don't work, because eventually you go off a diet and then return to old eating habits. What I have found that does work is, a healthy eating plan, one that covers all the food groups with lots of food high in fiber, high in omega three, and protien with less fat like chicken and fish.…

The only way to get away from the sodium in bottled dressings is to make your own, lots of different variations for oil and vinegar, and really takes no time at all. I used extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
