I lost about 50 lbs prior to joining my fitness pal, and yes I experienced abnormal hair loss as well! It did stop and my hair is now what it was prior to my weight loss. I didn't do or use anything, it just stopped on its own. Sometimes stress can cause abnormal hair loss amounts as well. It will grow back I promise!

I always and try to change up my exercise once a week, something new, different, add stuff in, seems that my body gets used to stuff really fast. Changing it up helps me when I slow down/keeps things moving

Since I joined MFP: the amount of chemicals an american eats in a year, since I began my journey four years ago.....add an elephants penis to that ........now if that doesnt conjur up all sorts of images I don't know what does!

Yes I do because it reminds me to drink it, I hate water<<I know that's terrible, but its just the truth. Logging my water reminds me to drink it, most days I drink half of what I am meant to. If I didn't log, I wouldn't even drink half of what I am suppose to.
