I never eat back my calories I earn by working out. I try to eat around 1200cals a day. My workouts usually yield around 400cals, so my total net calorie is around 800cals. This gives me the best results. I feel healthy and happy. If I eat back those 400cals then my intake is around 1600cals a day…way too many for my body…
