I graduated a couple years ago. I'm 5'5" and I weighed about 123 at the time. Since then I got up to around 135 but I got myself down to 125 now. My goal weight is 119.

Today I had an orange, a small apple, and a half cup of fiber one honey clusters cereal (no milk), and a bottle of water. Normally I would have two egg whites, an orange, and the dry cereal but we are out of eggs. It's low calorie and filling.
