I still have mine, but I don't accept friend requests unless I know who they are. Why? I keep in touch with my family and other people that I have met through the colleges I have been to. My high school friends list is very small and people to this very day still have a very hard time finding me.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 5'2" and I am at 175ish and was up at 243 at one point. (when I re started on MFP, I was 205 after the birth of my kiddo).

I had lost a lot of weight when I was preggo (I was 243 three years ago) and even after. In Dec 2012, I was down to my lowest of 166lbs. Then my weight jumped from 166 to 175 within a matter of 4 months (my body gains weight easily). After that, the weight hasn't shifted, and so basically I went into maintenance mode and…

Here!!!! I pushed my body a little too hard for a dance performance and once I started with finals, I took a break, and I am on my winter break. Sure I have done a work out here and there, but between the cold (I live in Ohio) and my asthma, plus trying to get my joints to stop hurting (I am still healing from the injuries…

Let's see.......I started after my kiddo was born because honestly that is what made me change. Have I had days where I have fallen down? Yes Have I had days where I have said "why the heck am I doing this and eating that?" Yes Have I had days where I wanted to walk away? You bet But have I? Nope. Reason: my kiddo and…

I have a 2 year old, plus housework, plus college, plus work. It does happen, but I am lucky to get it in before going to bed.

So after a not so successful month, I am dropping my mileage down to 15 miles for the month.

I just started Month 2 of Insanity (I took about a week to two weeks off due to finals and holidays) and it definitely kicked my butt. As far as the dizziness, do be careful regardless if you do T25 or Insanity. My husband has a rare heart condition that makes him dizzy fairly quickly and can't do intense work outs like…

Nope...I knew there was something I forgot to do this morning.

I would have to say fitness. I have always been judged on looks and that has made me so self conscious that I have no confidence in myself as a person. Fitness wise, my main reason: I have asthma and I know it will turn into COPD (doctors have already told me this thanks to genetics, but the longer I can push it from…

I have been on here for over 600 days...and logging wise, I used to log everything. When I went into maintenance mode back in Jan of last year (when my weight wasn't moving and I said well this must be it) i still logged, just not on weekends. Granted I did gain some back (I went from 166 back to 175 and am still there),…

I forgot to log this from Monday......been busy between son's surgery last week and finals. 12/16: 2.5 miles

Pretty much everyone at my college that is in the dance program. :explode: :grumble: Do I wish I was that way? Sure, but honestly, I know I have to work hard to get there if I ever want to get to that point. ETA: grammatical error

I don't think it's a good idea to lose 80lbs by April. Set realistic goals and set it at 2lbs a week. I have maintained for almost a year (it will be a year next month) with the fluctuation of one or 2lbs, and am hoping that I can go back to losing, but I want to keep my muscle, not lose it.
