I keep forgetting to log my mileage, so for this past week: 2/8: 1.5 miles. With the weather, it's been really difficult to do much of anything, including getting to the gym.

Bumping to read later.

I couldn't stop staring at this for some strange reason.......

Sorry for posting this late (it's almost 10:30 at night) but I have been on the go go go today. Signing up for 15 miles again this month.

That the winter weather is making my asthma kick in to a point where I can't go running and can't get to the gym because of road conditions  Also that I don't have a full time job :explode:

I was going to do a half marathon in April but due to money I can't register for it. I am hoping to be able to do another mud run this year and hopefully my first 1/2 but that will depend upon money.

I finally ended up sick (after 3 years) earlier this month with 2 strains of the stomach flu one right after the other (comes with having a kiddo and husband I guess  ) In all honesty though, the biggest thing I have noticed illness wise has been my asthma has gotten worse. When I was 18 or 19, I was tested and was…

Not being down to where I should be by now....but that is because of my lack of discipline.

Talk to your doctor. When I was pregnant back in 2011, I was 243, and then went down to 225 then 220 by the time I was 5 months preggo. I was walking everywhere (had to with classes and job) and while the doctors were a little bit concerned about me losing, they weren't too worried because I was fat enough to began with.…

Bumping to follow progress. I start weight lifting and then stop and then start and then stop. :grumble: And as soon as I can start getting to the gym again (dang snow) I will be lifting again.

I get that way. Usually first thing in the morning when I haven't eaten in 12+ hours but that is when I decide to eat a little bit of something and drink some water and then not eat again until I know for certain that I am hungry.

I'm surprised my flabby belly pic hasn't gotten me reported yet.....guess I am lucky (I know it's not flat, never has been) And zucchini ice cream? Why? That just isn't right.......

1/22: .5 miles. Today was more cold which affected my asthma, so I tried to not spend so much time outside.
-
1/21: 0.5 miles Not so happy about having a second round of the stomach flu (my husband brought his work place version's home that hit me on Saturday) as well as the snow (anyone want it?)

It's been that way on and off for the 2 or 3 years that I have been trying to lose. My husband for the most part, is supportive (he loves the home cooked meals, not so much about not having junk food) but sometimes, it's a split. I am doing this for me, him, and mostly our son. Our son shouldn't be like us without our moms…

Up to the couple really. My husband and I were together a year before getting engaged, was engaged for 2 years before tying the knot, and are coming up on our 3 year wedding anniversary in Sept, and have been together a total of almost 6 years (started dating in 2008, got engaged in 2009, got married in 2011 and had our…

Mine is of my belly currently to make myself face that I shouldn't let one body part run my life. I have used mostly photos from races that I have ran of myself. It's up to you, either way doesn't matter to me.

1/17: 1.25 miles (yay for walking all over campus)
-
Well if I ever get to goal, then I am going to be obese according to that.
-
Back off and let it go. If its meant to be it will.
-
My thought: I am fat but I have to get ready for classes. (Plans changed though, my kiddo decided this morning was a great time to throw up).
-
1/15: 1.25 miles (my classes are spread so far over campus and I only have 10 minutes between each to get to)
-
Bump to keep up with thread. Thinking about getting one down the line
-
Sorry I haven't been around much....between classes and the stomach flu, it's not been fun. 1/13:1.75 miles 1/14: 0.5 miles

Since we are on the subject of bananas.

This is me. And let me tell you, 5.0mph it looks like I am sprinting down the track. I'm 5'2" and when i do have to slow down, I drop it to below 4 because that is when I am slow jogging to catch my breath with my asthma.
