Ahh I know what it's like to be a server - I had a summer job and it wasn't nice on the long shifts! It's still a great way to exercise - when it's part of the job!

If beer didn't make me fat I'd drink it like water. Unfortunately there are so many calories in a pint of beer it's probably worse than having a pizza.

I agree with @mumbles2013 , it is possible. But be prepared to accept that you may gain it back as rapid weightloss isn't always sustainable. Hope you have a nice holiday!

Unfortunately I'm yet to find my method. Currently I decide not to drink for a bit, eat well and exercise and it drops off. Then I decide one beer won't do any harm, nor will that takeout/pizza, and bam, i'm back to where I was again! haha

Sometimes I don't bother with breakfast. There's this idea that you're supposed to eat it. But if you're not hungry then why do you need to? Sometimes I actually find if I eat breakfast, I'm hungrier later in the day. If I wait, I'm eating less.

Try peppermint tea that is meant to help. Try lemon in your water as well and make sure you're not cutting out any macros - everything has to be in sync. I wear mine all the time when I'm asleep or active, and tend to remove it only to charge or if I need to give my wrist a break. It's also useful to wear at night as the silent alarm vibrates your arm, which is a nicer way to wake up personally.

Just about to finish the Alpha cycle. 1.5 weeks left. It's definitely made me fitter and stronger. Weight loss has been slow but that's because my diet isn't great. I think when I start Beta I'll combine it with a better diet. I definitely feel like my clothes fit a bit better now though.
