I just joined last night and Monday weigh ins are great for me, that is my weigh in day anyway!! And it keeps me in check over the weekend.

I started a walk/run program 3 wks ago and I will keep up with that adding more running and more distance until I get up to the 5K mark. I would really love to run a 5K someday. I will do that 3 times a week and 1-2 days of cross training also.
