5'10.5. My first goal is 125. I'm currently 115.

I was wayyyy to thin and that's what I had a dietitian set as a goal weight. My body pretty much rebelled though at 140. Once I reached 152 and was on maintenance I was 140 within 2 weeks, we figured that was my body set point happy weight. I'm about 115 now but I'm up from the 109 I was in January. You miscalculated...her bmi is not under 18. At 5'3.75 and 109 its 18.58. So basicallt 18.6 which isn't underweight.

I used a dietitian I'd say for 3 years when I was trying to gain then maintain then gain weight. Oddly enough I am a dietitian now but I'm looking into going back to school to med school

I'm a dietitian, I have a lot of food allergies so for me it's usally leftovers, fruit, yogurt and carrots/cucumber/cherry tomato mix
