  • yes,, but use the one minute not the prepackaged. you can eat it several ways...with butter honey and cream... I eat mine plain with fruit ..like banana or blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. add a little honey if you want... its good for you ... it can lower cholesterol. :)

  • Most people are sitting on the sofa like they are waiting for someone else to come in and get them started ...thats just not going to happen...reality is YOU ARE YOUR HERO... there are some things in life that only you can do...exercise and choosing what you put in your mouth are two of them.
  • And most people want to lose weight so they can be more active... you are just adding activity at the beginning...exercise is so beneficial in so many ways...toning muscles..building stamina..helps you sleep better ...healthier heart and lungs...the list goes on and on. !   • Thank you so much , yes that helped a lot...I think I will try the wii fit yoga I can do it indoors and in any kind of weather ! yah!! My sister has a pool but its not real close by...but maybe I can incorporate that at times as well...:flowerforyou:
