I wear mine only during exercising. The nutritionist told me I could add those calories back in to my daily total. Even with calories left over at the end of the day, still no weight loss. I don't know what to do anymore.

I've been tracking my calories now for several weeks. I've been stuck on 165/166 lbs. I dropped to 163...only to creep back, 1/2lb day to 166. I am just so discouraged. The only way I've burned over 1,000 calories is when I do a 30 mile bike ride that takes about 3hrs, traveling at 14-16mph. For me, I've found that doing spin classes burns more calories for the time that other exercise.
