June. True dat. I really thought with all the "Abs in 2013" threads we'd get more action here. I've basically hit my weight goal but for true abs I'm going to need to lose 2-3% more body fat. Major suckage.

Brilliant! Absolutely inspired. I guess this is April. Where are those other losers?!

So with the Breezah/abs and 2013 six pack threads currently ravaging the OG, are we going to find new motivation here?!?

Oops. How do I edit something created weeks ago? I agree it makes a much neater thread but I'm experiencing an epic fail.

SW: 128 CW: 121.5 GW: 120 Close close close!!! So ready to be at goal. I think it will be so cool to go into maintenance at the New Year, instead of beginning a diet like always.

SW: 128 CW: 124 GW: 120 Yeeeeee-HAAAAWWWWW!!!!!!!! Making progress!!!!! AND I ran a half marathon on Saturday and set a new PR, 8 years after I set my old one! I ran a 2:06, a 9:40/mile average. That is great for me! So happy!

12/4: 126 12/11: 12/18: 12/25: 1/1/13: (Goal 120) I love the idea of a Tuesday weigh in! I've always weighed myself daily but only "logged" my Monday weigh in to try to keep myself in check over the weekends. I've noticed lately that I can be down a pound or two all week then back up on Monday, infuriating! Even though my…

AMEN! For brevity I didn't report that last Tuesday-Friday I was actually 125 (I only report Monday weigh in weight to try to keep me on track over the weekend). I ran 10 miles Saturday training for a marathon, stayed on the same meal plan and went up two pounds on Monday. Can NOT tell you how frustrating that is! I only…

SW: 128 CW: 127 GW: 120 Stayed within calorie goals and exercised all week but same weight. Oh well, maybe the scale will budge next week! Making progress whether it shows on the scale or not.

I'm in the same boat you are! Saturday I tried an apple (quartered and cored) spread with a tablespoon of peanut butter and it worked great. Kept me satisfied until my first vanilla bean gu and no GI problems. Tasty too! That's about the best we can hope for, right?
-
SW: 128 CW: 127 GW: 120 One pound down, but with Thanksgiving and family and friends in all weekend I will take it! Great job everyone, we got this!

I hope I'm not too late, just found this! CW: 128 GW: 120

That is amazing, great job!!! My PR is 2:10, I've never been able to break 2 hours but with my recent weight loss I'm going to go for it again! Very inspirational, thanks for giving us the update!!!

Awesome! My son's been at Westside since he was a 4 year old Spider Monkey. Matt and Roli are the absolute best.

Sounds great! I won't be able to make it, I'm an ASU alum so I will be parked in front of ESPNU, hoping they beat the tailfeathers off Louisiana-Monroe (both in revenge for what they did to Arkansas and for the conference title). I hope to catch it next time, it sounds like your gym is close to where my son takes…

Fuji, I love them! I have one every day with my breakfast.

I had a uterine ablation 3 years ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. I went from bleeding through an ultra plus tampon and pad combined to using a pantyliner one day a month. A little scary as it is a permanent solution, but if you are sure no more kids go for it. I really regretted waiting so long to do it.

Will do, and please share your Chicago information with us! BTW, the Bible verse you have listed is my favorite. I've always wanted a running shirt with it on it, but hesitated as sometimes I say bad words when runs get long and thought that might raise eyebrows...

We have a gym at work and I've also been a member of Powerhouse (off Rodney Parham) and loved it. However, I'm definitely an outside kind of girl! I love the River Trail and affiliated parks, and you can't beat climbing Pinnacle (east face) for a good workout. I run with the LR Marathon group on Saturday mornings also,…

Cammack Village checking in! Let's go!

Gotta go with Ben myself. No real reason why other than as a Steeler fan I guess I watch him the most! Hines Ward over him though, and Troy Polamalu!
