Yeah, I've read that slowly upping my intake is best so I think I'll try that, i'm just worried incase I gain fat again instead of muscle, agh it's so annoying :( thanks for the advice!

Just joined this group a few days ago but been on mfp for about a year! would love to start chatting with people and supporting each other on here as well as just tracking calories! my goal for 2014 is to add muscle and get rid of most of the squishiness especially around my tummy and arms

I've just ordered Insanity, will hopefully arrive by the weekend so I can start asap! I think I'm gonna make Sunday my rest day. I'm really excited to start :D bring it onnn.. will probably regret saying that a few days in mind you.. :laugh:
