I commute an hour both ways, so I park as far as possible from my class and walk. I also have 4 hour between class 2 days a week, so if I don't have much work to get done, I'll take an hour or more to walk around the campus or walk to the nearby village for a bite to eat, then walk back to campus.

One thing that I do is make a 9 oz. cup of green tea, after it steeps, I put it in my 24 oz water bottle and add water until it's full. Then I am getting my water intake with flavoring.

I have a congenital heart defect, therefore, I never have salt and if I do, it's already added. At restaurants, both my husband and I speak to our servers and the manager about my salt intake needs.
