Great job garyandkimber! I myself took a couple days off logging due to feeling rotten but then yesterday afternoon decided to stop wallowing in self pity and get back to it. So even though I had a terrible morning food choice wise i only ended about 100 calories over target which was bearable. Haven't managed to do any…

March 8th: No, Doubtful, No. Planned rest day combined with feeling ill (my brother seems to have shared his cold with me :( ) meant I took a day off. Back to it today hopefully although still not feeling 100%

Feb 27th: Yes, Yes, Yes Feb 28th: Yes-ish, No, Yes. Was invited out to lunch after zumba so had to guess rather a lot. I was technically under including exercise cals but only just.

Feb 26th: Yes, Yes, No My regular exercise class was cancelled yesterday (boo!) so I took an extra recovery day and played some guitar hero instead! Today is a planned rest day too, so just gotta work on calories and water intake as goals :) Maybe go for a walk at lunch if the weather stays good.

Oooh I'm getting worse at this! Feb 23rd: Yes, Yes, Yes, Feb 24th: Yes, No, No - went out for a curry in the evening with friends so some guesswork on dinner. If I was correct however it wasn't tooooo over so I'm happy.

Feb 15: I think so, No, No. Wasn't planning on logging yesterday but then changed my mind so I have had to guess slightly. Back to it properly today though :) Back at work where its always slightly easier to keep under, plus zumba tonight !
