Getting out of the 200lbs. I was 205lbs this morning, I'm so close! I'm focusing on not overeating, being mindful and disciplined is a challenge but it's making me feel amazing when I can overcome my mind and focus on what I really want.

You can't eat back the calories you just burnt off. You'll either gain weight or stay at the same weight. Burn off a minimum of one meal everyday. 2.5 miles a day is really good.
