When I am in a funk I don't concentrate on doing my hardest or longest workout. Actually, I just go out for a leisurely stroll with my ipod on. Listen to some catchy music and don't worry about making this the greatest workout ever! Just focus on having a little fun. Hope this works! Good luck, you can do it!

It told me my happy weight was 141! I am 142 now! Nope, not the right weight for me! I think you set incremental goals and evaluate as you hit each goal. Don't make the goal too big...short and sweet will keep you on track!! Good luck:drinker:

When I look at your menu, I am pretty sure you aren't eating enough. I would add some veggies to your morning eggs. Why not turn your tuna into a salad and add some other salad ingredients with it. Don't give up...keep playing with your menu and you will see results!

I, too, am trying to cut out the booze!! I am not drinking (mostly) Monday thru Thursday. You should be happy you are where it is nice!! I am currently snowed in with about 10 inches of snow with up to 18 inches more on the way!! It isn't supposed to quit snowing until tomorrow afternoon!!! I just finished a 10 minute jump rope exercise from youtube! (I have done it twice!) Go out before the weather gets bad!!!
