I have seen lots of posts were some women will gain 1-10 lbs on their monthly and it should just level off eventually. Try to drink lots of water during that time as we do retain sounds counteractive but helps get it out. Watch sodium during that time as well. You could add the sodium tracking to your diary just to make…

Thank you so much I would love some exercise tips (I haven't done any since I found out on Tuesday). I am an exercise junkie mostly bootcamp. But did start the treadmill at 10 incline on speed 3.4 just in case I caught the egg this cycle :-) I have no clue where I need to keep my heart rate under so I am scared to get back…

When I have unexpected days like this, I usually am not hungry at dinner and if I am, I have a protein shake. Hope this doesn't offend but based on the type of food you had if you went up at all the next day you will probably release it later today or tomorrow (if you know what I mean) ;-0). I know you didn't go to Taco…

Lost 70 lbs first time around and my stomach did get smaller looked fine with clothes but was never tight still flabby underneath it all? It's a mystery to me too. I did hardcore boot camp, cardio and strength training. So not sure what else to do. All the women in my family have either a pouch and or a noticeable tummy…

ask your doctor to send you to the diabetes classes available. You can learn all the tools you need to keep this at bay and see a dietician. Everyone is different. Based on your bloodwork, age, weight, height etc they will complete a meal plan for you. I was very fortunate as I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2008 - was put…

I agree with OP you don't want to do cleanses often. It can help decrase toxins in the body and sort of give you that ctl alt delete.

Try a protein shake with yogurt and berries. What helps me is to plan out all meals the night before and move things around and tweak so I dont run out by dinner. Good luck!

I love love love ISAGENIX! When I had originally lost my 70lbs I lived by it. It took away my sugar cravings and the protein shakes boost immunity by 300%. I have not been doing them lately :-( as we have been trying to have a baby. Just doing natural cleanses. This is the natural one I do: Use a food processor and grind…

I am kind of in the same vote. Except since we started trying to conceive I have put on 20 lbs :-( I too have to stop using the excuse of gaining the weight due to TTC. I realize the meds play a part but then I have to step up my game more. Good luck to everyone.
