Would like to see if I am off to a good start with my goal of 1300 calories. I have used a site (suggested in the sexypants thread) to calculate TDEE. But not 100% sure of macros. What are you tracking? Fats vs Saturated Fats.....
I go back and forth tracking fat vs saturated fat...which do you find more important if you had to choose. I also track carbs, proteins, fibre and really dont want to delete any of those.....
