  • I have used it on myself and my children when they were constipated.. TMI It is a good source of fiber etc. I just add it to everything sauces, meat, cereal, cottage cheese, drinks, like smoothies etc. Try it!!!! YOu might like it Mikie. LOL

  • Hi, I have Zumba too, but I like to use our cable provider, Comcast, to check out different exercise routines from their sport and fitness section on demand. If your cable company has the fit tv then you can look up ther listings of exercise programs. I find it effective and I can do a different routines daily if I like.…
