I agree!! Very yummy. The Crystal Light fruit punch is great, I also like the lemon aid. You just sprinkle a small amount and stir. :)

I love this stuff, just not the plain. The fruit on bottom is the best. Pineapple and black cherry rock!!

Yes you should. I am on a little bit higher calorie diet, so I am probably way heavier than you. I walk 2 1/2 - 3 miles about 4 or 5 times a week. I am losing weight. I average about 3lbs a week.

I actually have this issue. I work out in the AM, so I have a light snack before working out. I usually have fat free greek yogurt because it is high in protein. I have my breakfast after my workout. Hope this helps. :)
