I work from home and today was without appointments so I had thought, easy catch up day. I got so busy with calls and such I just had my first meal at 6:30 PM. I think it is funny how I can get busy and hunger never shows up but other days I can not seem to eat enough and feel starving. Tomorrow I have a certification test…

I am going to have to play it by ear with the minutes as we leave for Bahamas Thursday at 6:30 am and wont be back till Sunday night. My goal this week is to not gain weight on vacation! That will be a huge accomplishment. I also would like to have my first week hitting water goals.

Spending the evening baking chocolate chip cookies with my wife and boys. We have to bake 50 dozen for our church and I need to make sure I don't make it so we have to bake 51 ;).

Posting a little early but wanted to make sure the weekend did not end with me not online. So far exercise was 412 minutes. I started late so I did not track water. I will post again if the number goes up and I get online by Monday.

Take it easy on that ankle ellie. I get a lot of burn on an elliptical and the impact is low. Sounds like a great idea for recovery. After yesterday's hours of hockey I have hit my goal of dropping 5 pounds by Monday morning. I did not expect it to go so fast. I am going to try for another 4-5 pounds by Thursday to put me…

I am going to shoot for elite. I am starting late in the game but I think I will crush it. Already too late for the water so no +. I am going to add my personal goal of being down 5 pounds between now and Monday morning.

I am finally back at it. I was sick with the flu for over a week and even after that went away my throat was sore. Too bad I did not lose my appetite enough to drop some lbs. I did gain but only 3 pounds that will be gone soon. The problem is I am now back at it with only 6 days before we go to the Bahamas. I wanted to…

Thank you! I will see how often I can come online to do this. I am on a roll right now with 60 minutes of weight training every day the last 5 days so keeping this pace should make it obtainable. Lets see about that water though cause I have never tracked water. I will say now I think I drink a lot of water but have a…

New to the groups and wanted to see how I participate. If I just add my cardio and intake to MFP as normal does it go towards this? Do I need to check in minutes to the group?
-
Hi all, I have been doing MFP for a little over a month. I am 33 years old and 6' 2". I am currently down to 237 but started off at 253 about 40 days ago. I am husband and father of 3 boys ages 2, 7 and 11. My wife and I are heading to the Bahamas mid May and I am working to get to 215 before we leave. My 2 year old will…

Count me in! Little competition on who hits the goal first? :)

Irish here! No more bulking for me though. Time to get ripped for the sun!

6' 2" looking to drop about 24 pounds for now. I may make that 40 at the end but 24 gets me at a nice weight. 40 gets me ripped ;). Looking to add people so I can be more motivated to at least record weight. Calories I find hard to keep entered but I do track them and am eating well. So far I am down 8 pounds in about 20…
