I confess that I hate my husbands metablism...Big breakfasts, 3 sandwhiches for lunch, big dinners, actually drinking weight gain - what is up with that - who does that? Drinking weight gain just to keep the weight on? And...he's 175# with muscles.......Ugh....I eat 1 extra thing and it attaches itself to my butt!

Well, We've all been there.....time for a new day and new challenges. Don't beat yourself up and don't get down - time to move forward and assessed what you learned. If you think you took in an extra 1600 - you can excercise for the next 7 days and burn at least 230 calories and you will be even at the end of the 7 days.…

Reset it - It is better to have 25g or more per day. Your doing great getting more fiber in.

I just read an article today that they are looking to change the name of hihg fructose corn syrup to corn sugar becase too mant people avoid HFCs. So look for corn sugar too if you want to avoid

Sometimes you jus have to fake until you make it! I'll be honest, I hate excercising and I hate lifting weights even more. I just have to do it or it shows on the scale. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer BUT - you can do it! Good Luck :smile: :smile: :smile:

Oh, I had the same problem here. People would actually beg me to take a slice cake or goodies and if I didn't it was the 20 questions: why, are you on a diet, you can't even have 1 piece, are you sure..... Finally - I told them I can't have a piece of cake because it would raise my blood sugar. That solved everything. Now…

YES - It really makes a great cake. You can also use a can of pumpkin. If you like Brownies, you can add a can of black beans that you put thru the blender. They are all delicious and yummmmmy..... :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy:

You CAN do this. Try using affirmations. I have a habit of bad self talk, so I am redirecting my thinking. I think I can, I think I can - just like the little red train. I repeat: I'm getting stronger and slimmer every day. I see myself at my ideal and perfect weight. I am losing weight now. I make positive healthy choices…

I'm an office worker too! I'm the Customer Serivce manager and I sit the majority of the day.....and guess what? We have a Birthday in the office today.....and that means CAKE!!!! OH NO - NOT CAKE!!!! It's always a challenge. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I hear ya! I lost .6 for 2 weeks and I weigh in tomorrow after skipping last week. I can only give you the advise that I gave myself. Keep going.....Don't get discouraged! The most important thing is that you are making the right changes.
