good luck with the scale - there's so many to choose from. I like the digital ones - they're easier to read and I can see the numbers without bending down.

I don't think there's a difference - you have to look at the ingredients to know for sure. If it says enriched, then it's basically no better then white flour. If you're looking for a natural wheat breat try Eziekel bread. It's in the freezer section. Enjoy.

don't worry about sugar intake from fruit - only sugar from other items. Fruit sugar is processed differently. :smile: :smile: :smile:

Mine is either a Fiber One muffin and 100 calorie pack nuts or Oatmeal with Turkey sausage.....love them both!

I usually don't eat past 7pm so If my workout is done after that, then I won't eat. I love drinking Muscle Milk light only 100 calories after a work out....It gets my energy back up.

Well, that is a very good question...I've had a massive amount of cookies that were brought into work yesterday.....I tried to not eat one, but that didn't work. I hear your fustration - been there way too many times. You should change up one thing at a time - maybe your trying too hard. Day 1 - get in a vegetable at each meal. Day 2 - excersice for an additional 15 minutes (more than usual). Day 3 - Take the stairs and park in the last spot at work. etc....I think if you start…
