Buy you a watch that counts calories and add whatever calories is on your watch to this site. I brought me one at sears for 47 dollars.

Do you have a membership at the gym ? I suggest you get one and should do weight training 3 times a week and cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I suggest u get a training that will help you met your goals and yes you have to change what your eating. No more fried food and limit alchol drink 8 glasses of water. See an…

you are an inspire others to be healthy. You should be happy even though you did surgery you had to get a jumpstart so that you can be where you are. I'm at 279 and I use to be 383. I changed the way I eat and I exercise 5 days a week at the ymca and zumba.

Have you seen a nutrionist that is what helped me lose a hundred pounds I have more to lose. I learned that [ortion size and to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I drink tea at ;east once a day.
