  • If you know the name of the restraunt, I would go on their web site and look at the menu. See something you like, then go on google and say "how many calories in". That might give you a clue how many calories you are going to eat.

The grocery store flyers come to my house on Wednesday. I make my list and pull the coupons. I only buy what is on my list.

  • My favorite snack is Kim's Magic Pop. It is a Korean snack that I buy in the grocery store in the "healthy food" section. It is lighter than a rice cake and about the size of a tortilla. It comes in various flavors (I like cheese the best) and it is only 15 calories.
