I eat at my desk and read the news or catch up on work. Occasionally I'll walk to Subway and get a sandwich. Nothing exciting. :tongue:

Happy Easter! This weekend I took a 24 hour trip to Alabama to visit my daughter for her birthday. I stayed on track and worked out at the hotel. Normally I would have just figured why bother since I'm out of my routine and then returned feeling terrible and being done. Not this time. Big accomplishment for me. :happy:

We have a Rebock something or other. It's a few years old. I love it. Easy on the joints and I notice my abs are tighter when I'm working out on it. I can tell I've really worked out when I get off of it. Good luck! :smile:

I think they're fine. I eat a Lean Cuisine for lunch during the week and I usually add some raw veggies and fruit with it. My daily sodium is within limits. :smile:

Thank you! I totally agree. I eat one each weekday for lunch with some fruit and veggies and my daily sodium intake is within limits. I don't eat them out of laziness. I tried making my own frozen meals and I just didn't like them as well. I work on a rural military base with limited options for purchasing lunch.…
