  • I'm not technically new. I started Aug 2010 after loosing 35 and wanting to loose an additional 30. I did great for a while then the holidays came and I lost my way. I've been gone for a while. Gained some of my weight back. I'm back and looking for a support group too. Feel free to add me.

  • This recipe sounds awesome. I love coconut and curry. Never thought to use with lentils. I like the high protien and fiber lentils have with lower claories. I have another lentil soup recipe that is only 150 calories that I eat often. It will be nice to change things up. Thanks for this recipe!
  • I eat an ounce of raw almonds nearly every day. I carefully measure an ounce and carry them with me when I feel hungry or have the urge to snack. The protein leaves me feeling full and satisfied. It has good fat too. My HDL (good cholesterol) levels are high, while the LDL(bad) remain low.

  • I'm not familiar with this cleanse. I do want to start one though. I was thinking about starting a candida cleanse, which is very restrictive. I may want to start with a less restrictive one then transition into that one. I need get a little information on this one first.
