you and i both! my work uniform is really loose now so i know i'm still losing weight, but i just want to physically see the numbers on the scale. i want to see 126 or 125 haha. goodluck to us though, whenever the scale cooperates, i will definitely take a picture and post it here hahaha. do the same :smiley:

girl! i don't even know! :neutral: when i made this thread, i was 131.4 and this morning i was 133 lol i will continue doing what i do though, sometimes i just get a little crazy thinking about how hard i work and scale be tripping lol

Eating with moderation is the key. never deprive yourself. but you also have to train yourself in eating healthy foods so when you crave for bad stuff at least you're not consistently eating bad food

Hey guys! I am 28 years old, 5'1 starting weight was 150lbs, i am now 131.4 and trying to lose the last 5 lbs. my small goals are to get my body fat to 20% or better, run 10k and get upper body definitions.
