What I was trying to post earlier on the wrong account was thank you for the well thoughts! I have been dealing with this since age 2 and am working to find my triggers so I can do my best to prevent the cycles. Best wishes to the young boy you know!

+4 tonight. Going to rest up my shin for the half marathon this Sunday. Spinning classes here I come! I will probably miss 75...may have been too high a goal for my comeback month but I am determined to keep moving forward!! (I'm on a different computer so now ticker here but I believe that puts me at 40?)

GF craft beer New Planet...Very good and brewed by someone diagnosed with celiac that was a craft brew lover. Even their IPA tastes great! I go as GF as I can as I have noticed it causes me issues as well in large amounts. No celiac diagnosis though. I am also dairy allergic so I am almost there to paleo, but honestly…

+5.25 today Total for my first week back is close to 20...not too bad. Surely hope my stomach issues clear up before training starts!

Decided to change my goal to 100. Why not!
-
Alright! Yearly goal for 2013: 1100 miles Starting off January with a goal of: 75 miles I am smarter than last year from lessons learned and will be getting back into marathon training as I should: slowly and surely.

-
+4 today and no pain!!! So I ended 2012 with a run again :-) That brings my total for December to: I added onto the ticker the 8 miles and 5K from before my break cuz I realized I never did! So I reached 50 miles even in a month where I had to take a 2 week break. Can't wait to start 2013!!

Bump!

135, size 2 in most jeans...sometimes a 4 depends on the cut thanks to my curves (34-25-35 :-D) Not looking to drop much more, just looking to drop some more body fat maybe 1% more.
-
well it looks like I am stuck at what my last post was as I am off running until my follow up 12/31. Have some pretty good shin splints and my ortho wants me to rest first before going for a bone scan as she doesn't want to jump the gun. Anyways, If I find out I can run that day then I will at least aim to get to 50!
-
+8 and a 5k
-
+10 Feeling much better, long run tomorrow 5K Sunday...no more flu!
-
+15 can't get my ticker to load!
-
My December goal will be 80 again. Still not training for anything and I will not set the bar too high because I over trained the past year and learned! So 80 it will be for December!
-
