On my phone so no ticket update but last I posted Monday the 15th it was at 44.5! To add: +5 on Wed +2 on Thursday +14 Saturday +4 today Means.... 69.5 for the month!! I am going to smash 75 out of the park!!! So happy to be over the hump of injury recovery. I'm still not 100% but close :-)

Here is my most updated ticker!!! This includes all my training runs from this month Plus the miles I have done as a mentor for fleet feet's beginner's 5K group!
