Need assistance.... I am preparing for another half in September. The problem is all of my previous half marathons have been in the Fall or early Spring...not the Summer. I have decided to run/walk this race. I am looking for suggestions on a good phone app
used by others. Any suggestions?0 -

I finished my Half Marathon in 2:13:06 (PR) which is a minute faster than the Half I ran in October. In that Half I also had horrible knee pain the last mile and a half. Today there was no pain and I gained time!!!! I finished seven minutes faster than my first half which was last April!
MTD: 19.26
