THANKS!!! :D I try to Run at least 20 Min everyday!! and I walk at lunch. Overall I just eat right and I have been making myself eat smaller portions. Plus I keep myself Motivated by signing up for races. mostly 5k's but I don't car when I finish as long as I finish!! and I have been getting Faster!!
