Keep at it, and they will get used to it. I have an almost 5 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. At the beginning there were a few breaks of running to the kitchen for milk. The more I do it, the more they are just used to it. I do try to set them up on drinks and snacks before hand. And occasionally have to pause for a minute…

I'm 4'9. 120 is about where I'd like to be. I use weight more as a guildline. I know it will depend on toning and all that too.

I've actually found the opposite. My heart rate monitor is showing that I am burning more than I thought I was.

I am 4'9 and my goal is 115 lbs. I started at 153 and am down to 149 in 5 weeks. It's the first time since being pregnant with my 3 year old that I have been under 150. I was 125 when I got pregnant with him, but had some weight to lose.
