When I went on a cruise in Jan 2012. I packed my bag of "summer" clothes and didn't notice until the ship had sailed that 75% of it didn't fit. I've lost it pretty equally everywhere, I've lost 51 pound and only realy went down 2 pant sizes and 1 top size

I don't eat back my exercise calories simply because I'm never that hungry after working out. I've been losing approx. 10 pounds per month but slowing down a little since I hit my 50 pounds lost... I also think everyone's body is different and none of us will get the same results doing the same thing.

I'm also in the same boat. I've lost 51 pounds and I've gone from a 40 DDD to a 36 DDD. I kinda like them tho so no complaints from me :D

I started at 274 and people only really started to notice my weight loss when I hit 40 pounds lost, now I get comments allt he time but it took a while at first - stay with it...
